His experience encompasses engineering design to field survey in practically all phases of land development. As a civil engineer Scott did construction inspection and county bridge inspection. He designed county highway grading and paving projects, city street, sanitary and storm sewer, bridge rehabilitation, residential subdivisions, private commercial sites, an elementary school site, a new car dealership, a two-acre pond, and a FEMA flood plain study. As a surveyor Scott has worked in almost all areas of platting, including concept, drafting, and submittal to local governments.
